At the pre-cultivation stage, the company’s growers conduct research to develop the best varieties. At the cultivation stage, they are fully involved in planting, field maintenance and harvesting.
At the production stage, Jojoba Desert oversees cleaning, fi ltering and oil extraction, while meeting the most rigid QA and QC protocols.
Prior to the warehousing and distribution stage, the company tests every batch of oil in a certi ed external lab to meet ISO 9001:2015 and GMP ISO22716:2007 standards. By adopting best practices at every step of the process, Jojoba Desert ensures complete product traceability.

disease-resistant and stable species that yield higher and better crops. Jojoba Desert’s plots are irrigated
with Israeli-pioneered drip solutions, including breakthrough Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI) systems, that
are monitored by in- eld sensors to ensure the right amount of water and fertilizer at the right time.
Maintaining their plantations with innovative techniques, growers of Jojoba Desert crops round out the
cultivation process with state-of-the-art automated harvesting technology.

Made from specially selected seeds grown on jojoba shrubs, Jojoba Desert’s oil is gold-colored liquid wax produced in a cold press machines. The company’s entire production process is automated, without human contact, leading to a pure natural liquid wax of the highest quality.
Jojoba Desert’s off ering is divided into two main categories – golden and colorless – with four product types – jojoba (pure), organic, odorless, and organic odorless – in each of the categories. All of the oils maintain the same inherent and special properties, and are naturally hypoallergenic.

Its environmentally-friendly operations are highlighted by pesticide-free products (PFP), lower use of herbicides, a low carbon footprint, and low greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). Utilizing a green approach, the company operates a solar energy eld for generating electricity, uses renewable energy from discarded water, and maintains an electrical system connected to a turbine run by methane gas located at a nearby landfa ll site.
When it comes to irrigating its jojoba crops, Jojoba Desert brings sustainability to yet another level.
The company’s growers utilize drip technology, which minimizes the use of dwindling valuable natural resources such as water, energy and arable land. Drip enables the use of treated andrecycled water, and requires less fertilizer than other irrigation methods. By reusing jojoba pulp to fertilize its elds, Jojoba Desert’s growers lower fertilizer usage even further.
