The apartment is located on the third floor of a small building in the Center of Florence, overlooking the beautiful garden of Palace Vivarelli Colonna, just next to Santa Croce and a few steps from the ancient Sant' Ambrogio Market.   All the main places of interest of the city are within walking distance.

The apartment is bright and well equipped and the large windows make it a cozy environment that accomodates up to 4 people. The Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the district of Santa Croce, in the historic center of Florence, just next to the main monuments, ancient buildings, squares and the Florence “night life” with its restaurants, clubs, pubs, bars and caffés, but still in a quiet stretch of road as there is limited traffic and no bar's or restaurant's under the house!

Ideal for couples and famiglie, the neighborhood is quiet and well- served. Just a few steps away you’ll find the garage (if you arrive by car), bank, pharmacy, hairdresser, bar, bakery, pizzeria, markets and both typical Florentine restaurants as well as delicious ethnic restaurants.

All the main monuments of Florence including Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Dante 's hous, etc. are within a few minutes walk.

We are also close to the famous market of Sant'Ambrogio, one of the oldest in town, which is only 200 meters away and if you like to go to the theater, “Teatro Verdi” is very close by.
