So whether you get your flutter from a flush or French 75’, if you’re looking for a bar with a twist, you are in luck. BYOC Camden is waiting for you.
Right now there are 4 branches of BYOC across the UK: BYOC East, BYOC Soho, BYOC Brighton, BYOC Camden.
James Cochran will act as a creative director for the food side of the project, bringing expertise and clout necessary to put together the best group of operators possible.
Right now our operating business is moving from the simple mono-concept (BYOC bar) and the dual-concept (BYOC bar + James Cochran restaurant) to a poli-concept that would combine both food, bar and entertainment (e.g. Swingers Crazy Golf). We consider poli-concept as the most profitable and attractive type of hospitality venues.
Located in the centre of Islington, Angel Central is a modern and convenient shopping centre. By redesigning and upgrading the store interior and exterior, promoting different events, Angel Central is on the way to receive more clients of shopping centre. We understand that by combining different entertainment businesses, restaurants, cafes and shops, the shopping centre is expecting to provide more services for their clients. Our BYOC mini golf venue would defintely perfectly fit into the picture of an advanced shopping centre and attract more clients both in short-term and long-term timeframe.
BYOC mini-golf is an attractive and interesting concept, that combine several businesses in one location. Guests would benefit from drinking cocktails and other drinks in our main bar and 2 mini-bars, consuming different food from our 3 food-retail units and also playing mini-golf and having fun inside our venue in a dedicated territory.
The food-court would be accompanied with 3 food shops, including Pizza Pilgrims, Burgers, and Thai/Asian food. We believe that particularly this combination of restaurants would have a success, given the gender and social status of Angel Central clients.
By locating food prep counters on the outer perimeter of the unit, we would also allow takeaway trade to take place. I.e. there will be two counters for each food operator - one facing indoors and one facing promenade on the exterior.
We are proposing to imitate the crazy golf concept, made popular by swingers, but to adapt it to BYOC style.
On the specially dedicated zone, our guests would have a possibility to play a regular 9-cource mini golf. Such entertainement is intertesting for a wide range of clients' age, starting from 15 to 75. This concept would attarct families with children, young couples and groups of friends, being a universal sport that everybody enjoy and socialise. Our clients would have a feeling doing something healthy and active, rather than simply spending their time at regular bars, pubs etc.
According to the international mini golf rules, the length of the mini-golf track should be in between 7-10 metres and 1-1,5 metres width. It perfectly fits into the exact dimensions of the unit.
BYOC mini golf would include one major bar right at the entrance of the venue, with a capacity of 50 people and 2 mini cocktail bars. As an attractive point, after completing 9-course mini golf game, clients would be offered to have a drink at the mini-bar, called 10th Hole. Also the tanks of lager beer would be supplied daily.
