DRILL PIPE SCREENS

We offer spiral drill pipe screens, bar/rod drill pipe screens, slotted tube drill pipe screens, appropriate outer rings for each type, and perforated retrievable as well as non-retrievable drill pipe screens. We also carry specific and necessary accessories including extractor tools, retrieving tools and reed fishing/pee wee fishing necks.

SHOT PEENING

Best application for thread fatigue resistance!
Peening a surface spreads it plastically, causing changes in the mechanical properties of the surface. Depending on the part geometry, part material, shot material, shot quality, shot intensity, shot coverage, shot peening can increase fatigue life from 0–1000%.

HARDBANDING
