- Smoking is addictive because of the effects of the nicotine, because it alters the balance chemicals in your brain. Dopamine and noradrenaline are the most affected chemicals.

- The substances which are found in cigarettes are: arsenic, butane, chrome, methanol, toluene, paint, nicotine, ammonia, carbon monoxide, acetic acid and stearic acid.
