The food and wine end of race
the end of the race a rich pasta party with the best Tuscan and National DOP and IGP products from the Consortia of Chianti Classico Wine and Olive Oil, the Tuscan Bread, the Onion of Certaldo, the Pachino Tomato and the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana. In combination with the Chianti Classico wine, served in the RCR wine glass is silkscreened with the silhouette of the Gallo, in homage to all the participants.
