ON THE RIGHT TRACK specializes in motivating/ training organizations with a unique expertise in efficiency and effectiveness. I am very confident that I can provide you with a realistic and informative session for your attendees, and make it fun at the same time.
I call it "Edutainment" (Education + Entertainment). I have a solid content core, but it is delivered in a relaxed and humorous style. I like to say that I am allergic to lecture and I will spend our time discussing the information in a very interactive environment. I like to use humor, participation for everyone, and applicable situations and examples. My experience has been that this allows everyone to picture themselves in each situation, and apply the information immediately because they completely understand the where, the why, and the how-to.
I started my career (many years) ago in real estate. I worked part-time as a high school and college student and spent 10 years in various positions at Royal LePage. At one point, I even was registered to sell real estate. I am familiar with your audience and believe I can do a great job at your event.
When you hire me you are getting a highly experienced speaker who has spoken in dozens of different countries and to literally tens of thousands of people. Some companies I have spoken to include: Bristol Myers, Sony, Mercedes Benz, The Canadian Olympic Association, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and most of the Fortune 100 companies today.
In 2017 I was inducted into the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame and earned my CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) in 2002. The CSP is the highest earned designation in the industry and the Hall of Fame speaks for itself. Just this week, I was awarded the Global Speaking Fellow, which indicates I have a (current) international business. I am the only worldwide who has earned their CSP, HoF, GSF and been awarded the peer recognition award, Spirit of CAPS.
I have eight books all focusing on workplace efficiency, and the ninth book is currently underway.

- Find out what ensures your survival moving into the artificial intelligence world
- Two truths that make all the difference for your success (you need to know these!)
- Case studies of companies who have failed when focusing on the future (why they did and what we need to do differently)
- Three steps to follow to ensure your future looks bright!
Are you living in the past, in the now, or looking to the future? Have you thought about how Artificial Intelligence will impact your job? Have you given any thought to what your future looks like? Can AI DO what an HR Professional does? Yes, it can; but you can do many things it cannot.
In this fun and humorous keynote, Rhonda will give you a glimpse into the future. We will gaze into the crystal ball and see where the world of HR is headed.
Learn what you need to do to remain relevant, and what things have gone way of the dinosaur. You’ll be excited about what your future looks like instead of fearful of the unknown.
** Regular price for this keynote is $10,000. I really want to speak to your audience, so the price is insanely low.
Is this really how you imagined your job would be?
When you made the decision to become an HR professional, you probably envisioned playing a certain role in keeping an office, a department or even an entire company running smoothly. You probably envisioned an office in which everyone worked together – each person playing his or her essential part in working toward a common goal – in harmony.
But then, you realized that as a member of an office staff comprising a variety of personalities, you deal with difficult people – daily. And you realized that these interactions can turn a dream job into a nightmare.
You are about to discover a system it has taken me years to develop – and you’re about to gain all the information you need to create the work environment you REALLY want so that you can get back to orchestrating that seamless office symphony!
Here's What You'll Learn:
• 5 strategies for improving communication with difficult people – so you can end your frustration!
• How to diffuse people who are angry, upset or just plain rude, and how to calm tense situations.
• How these strategies will improve your reputation as a professional and reduce your stress.
• What motivates the attitudes and behaviors of difficult people (knowledge is power for future interactions!).
• Techniques for giving feedback to difficult people to help correct or even improve their behavior (make it easy for you).
• How to face life confidently, knowing you’re up to any challenge (stop getting kicked around and increase your self-esteem).
Having difficult conversations isn’t fun for anyone. Telling someone they don’t smell nice, saying no to a client, or having to tell someone they no longer have a job is something that no one looks forward to doing. We feel anxious and uncomfortable.
Yet, an HR role demands that we know how, and are willing to have those difficult conversations. We need to be effective and build trust and respect, without damaging relationships along the way.
This workshop will show you what you need to know to have difficult conversations. They won’t be fun, but they will be done and done professionally and respectfully.
- What level of assertiveness is appropriate and knowing how to adjust as necessary
- 5 steps to ensure communication
- Barriers to effective communication and what to do to avoid them
- 10 tips for handling difficult conversations
- How to use questioning to your advantage in a difficult conversation
- Giving negative feedback
- Handling your emotions (and the emotions of the other person)
- A step-by-step model to follow to make it easy
- Role plays guaranteed to make you feel like you can have a difficult conversation after the workshop

Imagine if you could figure out why people do what they do. For HR Professionals, that superpower will save precious time and energy finding the right solution for those you serve while engaging them to use it - quickly and easily!!
Wouldn't that take half the stress out of your day?
Never before has our communication directly impacted our organization’s performance. We live in a world where time IS money – and results.
Communication must be seamless and succinct... the first time.
Core Motive is a psychometric that measures ‘why we do what we do’ and is the foundation of emotional intelligence (EQ). Your Core Motive is as intrinsic as the color of your eyes. And you can learn your Core Motive – and others' – easily.
HR Professionals who understand Core Motive:
• communicate more effectively
• build better quality relationships
• provoke better, faster results
• reduce conflict
• foster autonomy and empowerment and promote increased collaboration
• understand your Core Motive and build Self Awareness
• understand how to assess your people’s Core Motive to improve com-munication and collaboration
• ways to leverage Core Motive to increase performance and nurture the best in your people.
