Rhonda Scharf, CSP, HoF, GSF

ON THE RIGHT TRACK specializes in motivating/ training organizations with a unique expertise in efficiency and effectiveness within the administrative community. I am very confident that I can provide you with a realistic and informative session for your attendees, and make it fun at the same time.

I call it "Edutainment" (Education + Entertainment). I have a solid content core, but it is delivered in a relaxed and humorous style. I like to say that I am allergic to lecture and I will spend our time discussing the information in a very interactive environment. I like to use humor, participation for everyone, and applicable situations and examples. My experience has been that this allows everyone to picture themselves in each situation, and apply the information immediately because they completely understand the where, the why, and the how-to.

When you hire me you are getting a highly experienced speaker who has spoken in dozens of different countries and to literally tens of thousands of people. Some companies I have spoken to include: Bristol Myers, Sony, Mercedes Benz, The Canadian Olympic Association, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and most of the Fortune 100 companies today.

In 2017 I was inducted into the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame and earned my CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) in 2002. The CSP is the highest earned designation in the industry and the Hall of Fame speaks for itself. Just last year, I was awarded the Global Speaking Fellow, which indicates I have a (current) international business. I am the only worldwide who has earned their CSP, HoF, GSF and been awarded the peer recognition award, Spirit of CAPS.

I have eight books all focusing on workplace efficiency, and the ninth book is currently underway.

Make the Leap to Remarkable Intro Group- (Rhonda Scharf)

I get it, you’re good at what you do – but are you remarkable? Do you really stand out as “one of the best”? Are you relying on your own self-taught skills to make you remarkable? How do you know you are doing things the "corporate" way?

The reality is that we learn on the job. We learn as the tasks get sent our way. There isn’t a “manual” on what this job means. Which means that, sometimes, we need a little guidance and explanation. Are you keeping up? Are you aware of the changing dynamics to do your job in this day and age?

If you’re new to being an admin professional this could save you years of figuring out what to do. The rules, measurements, and expectations have changed. Avoid mediocrity and Make the Leap to Remarkable!

Here's What You'll Learn:

- Self-assessment tool to see how you really rank as an administrative professional in 2020
- 100+ secrets and tips to make you stand out at work
- Things to do – and things not to do (they may not be quite as much common-sense as you think - and if you aren't told, how are you supposed to know?)
- The top 10 attributes required to be remarkable. How do you compare?
- What skills are needed in 2020 and beyond? And what skills have become redundant.

I get it, you’re good at what you do – but are you remarkable? Do you really stand out as “one of the best”? Since you’ve been doing your job for a while now, how do you know if you are that good anymore? Are you relying on your own self-taught skills to make you remarkable? Think about how much has changed in the last five years alone!

The reality is that we learn on the job. We learn as the tasks get sent our way. There isn’t a “manual” on what this job means anymore. Your role role isn’t what it used to be is it? It probably isn’t what it was when you started – and it certainly won’t look like this in 10 years either. Are you keeping up? Are you aware of the changing dynamics to do your job in this day and age?

If you’ve been in this professional for quite a while – you need to attend! The rules, measurements and expectations have changed. Avoid mediocrity and Make the Leap to Remarkable!
