Petite Company helps to improve children's mental and emotional health. It can also be a great way to relax and use excess energy productively throughout the day.

Petite Company offers certain educational or cognitive benefits. Dance & Creative movement exposes students to a combination of movement, music and performance.

Petite Company classes provide a social outlet for kids. Attending classes regularly can help young children develop their social skills. Plus its a great way for parents to meet other families and broaden social circles.

Petite Company helps children develop their strength and stamina by improving co-ordination, flexibility and range of motion throughout the whole body. Thus helping to gain dance skill and fundamentals.

Babies 18 months - 2.5 years (not limited to this age)
This class introduces little ones to the basics of ballet and dance using movement, play and song. Physical and communication skills are used in a fun environment. The children learn movement and expressing themselves. Imagination and movement is the key focus. kids who can attend class without the help of a parent can attend. Its best to test your little one out first as all children are ready at different ages.
Styles on offer are Ballet, Jazz/Hiphop, Cheer, Lyrical & Hybrid Stretch.

Petites 2.5-5 years (not limited to this age)
Petite classes encourage children to fuse imagination, dance and song. These classes focuses on confidence and the further physical development of your child through dance in with use of imagination. This class teaches children how to behave appropriately by interacting with the teacher and the children within the class. Can also join Baby All Stars Cheer program. Competition Teams are offered to this age group. Tryouts must be done to be accepted into a Comp Team. Ask for competition package for more information. Styles offered are Ballet, Jazz/Hiphop, Cheer, Lyrical & Hybrid Stretch.

The final stage of Petite Company focuses on improving confidence, co-ordination, self control and social skills while teaching children to retain short routines in a supportive fun and disciplined environment.

HIP HOP
Hip hop makes use of many techniques of dane found in urban dance including popping, locking and isolations. Non competitive and competitive teams available. 

LYRICAL
Lyrical dance is a style of dance created by merging ballet and jazz. Lyrical dancing is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong feelings and emotions. Floor work, agility and free ranging movement. Non competitive and competitive teams available. 

BALLET
RAD ballet is a technical and strict dance style. It is excellent for improving agility, coordination, flexiblity, grace, strength and promotes good posture.

JAZZ
Jazz is a combination of styles that come from the musical theatre arts. Jazz is often used in musical theatre, commercials and music video clips. Jazz takes technique from ballet. Non competitive and competitive teams available.

CHEER
Classes are constructed with elements of tumbling, dance, jumps and stunts. Main focus is building co-ordinatom and strength to execute rolls, Hand stands, Cartwheels & Bridges. Gymnastics & Acro skills covered in this program. Compliments dance styles due to the acro elements.Non competitive and competitive teams available. 

Only at Oxygen All Stars. New program launching in January 2021. This is broken Into 3 levels and a 4th is also offered to our Petite Company.

PETITE HYBRID STRETCH
Major focus on building basic flexibility and strength required to pull basic lines with correct technique and hip placement. Focus on body awareness and understanding muscles groups an how they are used to execute flexibility skills in Cheer & Dance. This program incorporates basic acro elements and balancing skills. Advanced Petites can graduate into the mainstream Hybrid Stretch programs when ready.

BEGINNER/NOVICE
Major focus on building basic flexibility and strength required to pull basic lines with correct technique, hand grips and hip placement. This program incorporates basic acro elements and balancing skills that will be required when flying in cheer or performing group lifts in dance routines.

INTERMEDIATE/ALLSTAR
Focus on increasing established flexibility and strength required to increase to elite lines and flying combinations. This program incorporates intermediate acro elements and balancing skills, focusing on the different alignment requirements and grips for both cheer and dance stunts/lifts.

ADVANCED/PREMIERE
Focus in increasing established advanced flexibility through PNF Stretching and the addition of advanced acrobatic, contortion elements, and the Alixia flexibility program. Tier 2/3 flyers will aim to increase their flexibility and strength by bundling their lines into elite combo’s with power, control, and creative entry/exits when coupled with stunting.
