ON THE RIGHT TRACK specializes in motivating and training organizations and associations with a unique expertise in efficiency and effectiveness. I am very confident that we can provide you with a realistic and informative session for your team and make it fun at the same time.
We call it "Edutainment" (Education + Entertainment). All our trainers have a solid content core, but it is delivered in a relaxed and humourous style. We like to say that we are allergic to lectures and will spend our time discussing the information in a very interactive environment. My experience has been that this allows everyone to picture themselves in each situation and apply the information immediately because they completely understand the where, the why, and the how-to.
Because I have a philosophy about a high level of interaction, our entire team always involves the audience. Using humour, participation for everyone, and applicable situations and examples makes the workshop more effective.
Bob Parker (your proposed trainer) has been working with ON THE RIGHT TRACK for over ten years. He has a proven track record of making our clients happy and educated. Check out his bio and video in the attached pages.
The workshops are professionally designed and we spend time in advance of the workshop discussing the audience, the goals, and the content. The attendees will say to themselves, "I think he has worked here before" as we get down to the real issues (without using any real examples). The audience feels safe, heard, and confident to implement their new skills.
And, after the day of training, the day isn't done. Any of the participants can contact Rhonda or Bob for one-on-one private coaching. We will coach and/or mentor to ensure each participant has an action plan that works for their situation. It is confidential and highly effective. All included in the price!
Bob delivers front-line leadership training to many of the company’s larger projects, sharing his insights from 30 years as a trainer and facilitator. He taught the Front Line Leadership Certificate Program at Fanshawe College and has served clients throughout North America.
He earned his Certified Speaking Professional Designation (CSP) in 2013 through the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, where he also served as its National President. In 2001, he developed his signature program, “The Pit Crew Challenge”, an experiential learning program that teaches high-performing cultures using the metaphor of race-car pit crews.

Learn to deliver those difficult conversations in a professional, respectful, and successful manner.
Having difficult conversations isn’t fun for anyone. Telling someone they don’t smell nice, saying no to a client (or challenging them!), or having to tell someone their request is unreasonable is something that no one looks forward to doing. We feel anxious and uncomfortable at a time when we need the conversation to go well!
Yet, our roles demand that we know how, and are willing to have those difficult conversations and they need to work!
This session will show you how. You’ll be given an easy, and fun, framework to keep you professional and focused so you know exactly how to have those
Difficult Conversations.
