Mango salsa is prepared in a flash with fresh chopped mango, peppers and jalapenos, and served on top of grilled ahi tuna for a colorful, quick and healthy meal.

- 4 white peaches (can use peach juice)
- 1 part sugar syrup
- 4 parts Zonin Prosecco

Whip up your peach puree – just peel and blend the peaches, then strain it and refrigerate until cold. Mix 2 parts of peach puree with one part of sugar syrup. Add about 20ml of the peach puree mix to your flute, then gently pour Prosecco into the glass. You want to leave the peach puree undisturbed at the bottom of the glass at this stage.
Just before serving, stir to mix the peach and Prosecco well.


- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 1/4 oz Aperol
- Splash of Soda water

Build into glass over ice, garnish and serve.

Blood Orange
& Pomegranate Thyme Spritz

- 12 oz Pomegranate, juice
- 5 sprigs Thyme + more
- 12 oz Truly spiked & Prosecco, sparkling sicilian blood orange
- 1/2 cup Cane sugar, pure
- 1/2 cup Water, filtered

Campari Mint Spritz

- 1 part Cranberry juice
- 1 part Campari
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 5 fresh mint leaves

In a glass filled with ice add all of the ingredients, adding the mint last. Lightly squeeze or twist the mint leaves and add to the glass. Stir one last time and enjoy!
